I sent them a refund request immediately, within half an hour of purchase, yet they are running me around in circles, just wasting more of my time after wasting my money. DO NOT BUY, at least if you're not definite you know what you're doing.

After I took a deep breath (and after losing 120 € to these toxic rogues), I managed to recover my lost document through following simple steps I found online, for free. I bought this product in a panic, but it only came up with the same corrupted word document I was able to find myself in the recovered- word folder. OBVIOUSLY, if there are technical difficulties they cannot solve, there should be no 7 day limit, as unsolvable issues are surely a deal breaker anyway! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, there are other ways to recover your data, and less predatory companies if you need them. The website says 7 days money back, how-ever if you try to claim, they will say its only if you encounter 'technical difficulties' they are not able to solve. The supposed trial/7-days-money back is a SCAM and a joke. This company prays on people panicking over losing their unsaved documents/ other data. As a gesture of good will back, I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. UPDATE: I have now received a refund from Wondershare, despite their customer service personel saying otherwise.
